Hannah is an Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber with over a decade of nursing experience, having worked within NHS hospital settings before moving into aesthetics in 2016.
Her approach is centred around achieving natural, undetectable results — helping clients feel refreshed and confident, without looking overdone.
She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance, not change, and that the best results come from a considered, personalised approach.
wHY I BECAME A NURSE
I’ve always been someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people, which is what first drew me into nursing in 2010.
From the beginning, I knew I wanted to specialise. I loved the medical side of nursing, particularly wound care, where precision, attention to detail and taking the time to do things properly really mattered. I enjoyed building relationships with patients and being able to guide and support them throughout their care, rather than simply carrying out a task and moving on.
Qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 2013 gave me the clinical foundation that continues to shape the way I practise today.
Although I now work in aesthetic medicine, I still see myself as a nurse first. Nursing isn’t something I left behind—it’s at the heart of everything I do. From infection prevention and patient safety to ethics, professionalism and clinical decision-making, the values I learned as a nurse underpin every consultation and every treatment I provide.
For me, aesthetics isn’t about leaving nursing behind; it’s about applying the same standards of safe, compassionate, evidence-based care in a different setting.
wHY i CHOSE AESTHETICS
After working within the NHS, I moved into private healthcare, caring for patients undergoing cosmetic surgery. I loved spending time with them before their procedures, listening to their stories and understanding why they had chosen treatment. The only thing I felt I was missing was seeing the finished result and being part of their journey afterwards.
Around that time, one of the nurses I worked alongside introduced me to aesthetic medicine. I completed my first training course and immediately knew I had found the speciality I’d been looking for.
As my passion for aesthetics grew, I completed my Independent Prescribing qualification, allowing me to practise independently and provide the highest standard of patient care.
I then moved to Australia, where I worked full-time for Australian Skin Clinics. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to immerse myself in aesthetic medicine, training with different practitioners, medical companies and product manufacturers. I embraced every opportunity to learn and returned to the UK with even greater passion for the profession.
WHAT I BELIEVE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
For me, aesthetics has never simply been about changing someone’s appearance. It’s about helping people feel more confident in themselves.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing a patient return to clinic beaming with confidence. They smile more, stand taller, and carry themselves differently. I truly believe that when you look your best, you often feel your best too. As cliché as it sounds, seeing someone leave my clinic feeling happier and more confident in themselves is one of the greatest privileges of my job.
I genuinely love the precision involved in aesthetic treatments. Patients often comment, “You’re such a perfectionist, Hannah,” because they can see how much care and attention goes into every treatment. I believe it’s those small details that make the biggest difference.
Although I’ve now been practising aesthetics for over 10 years, I still love learning. I regularly attend advanced training courses to continue developing my knowledge, refine my techniques, and ensure I can offer my patients the safest, most up-to-date, evidence-based treatments available.
Above all, I want every patient to feel listened to, supported, and completely comfortable. There is never any pressure to proceed. My role is to educate, guide, and help you make the decision that’s right for you. My goal has always been to create beautifully natural, balanced results that help you feel like the very best version of yourself—never someone else.
